Full-funnel approach to enthuse IT people
The objective was successfully achieved through efficient collaboration, with a clear focus on the end goal. The use of a comprehensive approach resulted in a positive response from potential candidates who were exposed to CZ through the MrWork Brand Activation campaign across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
To streamline the conversion process, CZ implemented a novel approach by allowing IT talent to initiate a chat to ask any questions or express their interest in a job, thereby foregoing the traditional application process. This strategy led to a substantial increase in the conversion rate, particularly among the target groups that are typically hard to recruit.
